Product descriptions and prices

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, We will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling.

All items are offered subject to availability. If on receipt of your order, the item(s) you have ordered are not in stock, We will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option to have them placed on back-order for dispatch when returned to stock. If you decline this option, a credit will be assigned to your account.

Payment

We ask for payment in advance of posting. This can be by credit/debit card, via our secure shopping system, or by cheque or postal order for German customers. Your card will be debited at the time of your placing your order. If you are shopping from outside Germany, your card company will convert the transaction into your own currency and may charge you.

Shipping / Postage & Packing

Postage and Packing charges are added to the cost of your order. They are calculated by weight of contents and by destination.

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within fourteen working days, provided all stock items are available. During busy times, or for bespoke orders, this time frame can increase. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations we shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the order, less any expenses incurred for failed delivery.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, We will inform you as soon as possible.

If a carrier is used, upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the items received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any claim for replacement or refund that you make thereafter.

Your Right of Cancellation (Distance Selling Regulations)

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive your order (see below).

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by letter, fax or email, giving details of the items ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning them to us at your own cost. Our address can be found on the contact page. You must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. We cannot offer a refund if the goods are lost, so please insure them and keep proof of postage receipts.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the items(postage cannot be refunded). If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the items.

Returns and Refunds

If we make a mistake with your order, or if the goods received are in some way faulty please notify us by e-mail, and we will arrange for you to return the item for a replacement.

If you change your mind for any other reason, we are happy to exchange items, refund or credit your account, provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of their receipt, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. We regret, however, that we cannot, refund return postage costs.

Out of Stock Items

Sometimes, items are, for a variety of reasons, temporarily out of stock. We try to alert you to this fact on the website, but just occasionally, demand exceeds supply. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will tell you about the problem, dispatch the rest of your order as normal, and place the out of stock item on back order. We try to estimate when new stocks will arrive and always give you the option of cancelling either the whole order or simply the out of stock item, if you would prefer not to wait. If you do opt to await new stock arriving, we would debit your card for the whole of the original order, plus postage and packing charges, on dispatch of the part order. The out of stock item will be forwarded to you immediately it becomes available, without further postage charges.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability in contract, (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

If you are a business customer we shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with this agreement.

Data Protection

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless we are negligent, We will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

Applicable Law

These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to German law and the German courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and shopping cart password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights under German and EU Law.
